City
Villa is a 22.26 acre proposed high density
development in the city of Bremerton, WA. The
project can have a maximum of 330 residential
units and 80,000 square feet of commercial space.
The residential units will include condominiums
and apartments in several of the buildings,
brownstone style row houses, and a small number of
single family detached homes. The commercial
space will be in seven buildings in the center of
the neighborhood; each building will have a 6,000
Square Feet footprint. Retail and
restaurants will be on the ground floor facing the
main street with offices on the second floor. |
