Paul Eberharter, Principal Architect and Managing Member obtained a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Architecture from the University of Washington.

His firm, Eberharter Architects and Nor'west Urban Solutions  (formerly Nor'west Properties LLC)  is an Architectural and Real Estate Development firm started in 2000 on Bainbridge Island and has been located in Kingston since 2004.  Experience is in commercial design, custom homes, assisted living facilities,  health club facilities, professional offices, recreational projects, multi-family housing and mixed use high-density buildings in Kitsap County.

Eberharter Architects designs traditional, transitional and contemporary architecture using forms and materials that respond to the site and project context.

Nor'west Urban Solutions targets three distinct markets.  The first is high end single family homes, the second is garden apartments and condominiums in a range of price levels, and third is mixed use projects.  These mixed use projects will combine lower level commercial and retail space with condominium and apartment living on the upper floors.
