Nor'west Urban Solutions LLC Filling Growth Management Act Housing Needs

When 60% of Western Washington’s population lives on 10% of the land, the need for housing solutions magnifies. “Right now, urban in-fill is very important because the growth management act of 1990 is placing the majority of upcoming growth into urban zoned areas,” says Paul Eberharter, CEO of Nor'west Urban Solutions LLC based out of Kingston, Washington. “Our living patterns have to address this,” says Eberharter.
